we can assist you with your purchase and are able to take all the necessary

If customer misrepresents the delivery
address as a business address and it is in fact a home business in a residential
area all residential charges made by trucking/delivery company will be the
responsibility of the buyer/customer and back charged to your credit card or

Orders:
Our terms are 100% with your
Internet order. Credit card will be charged at time of placing order over the
internet or by phone. No
returns or cancellation are accepted on orders once the order is in
production or placed by phone after 24 hours. All Product Are Made To Order.
Where no dispute was made within 24 hours of your order, your acceptance of the
terms and conditions is assumed. If order is canceled within the the first 24
hours a 5% handling fee will be accessed. All orders must be paid in full.
Payment information and authorization must be included with your order. Orders
will not be shipped until payment is received.
Custom And Special Orders:
While we are happy to accept
special orders, we do not accept verbal special orders. Custom orders must be
in writing and emailed or faxed to us. Internet custom/special orders require
a full payment at time of placing order. Our terms are 100% with your
Internet order. No
returns or cancellation are accepted on orders once the order is in
production or placed by phone after 24 hours.

custom orders are final and non refundable. No returns or cancellation are

site are close approximations. Although our staff of proof readers work
diligently to ensure the accuracy of copy descriptions and prices, we reserve
the right to correct typographical errors. All measurements are approximate and

Minimum Orders:
A $50.00 Minimum NET order is Required - Any order under $50.00 will be charged
a $5.00 handling charge. Net order = without shipping.

Terms:
All new accounts are prepaid only. There will be a
$35.00 charge
for returned checks. Visa, MasterCard accepted. No cash discount

Certified Checks Or Money Order:
Certified Checks or Money Orders must be made payable to CJ's Home Decor
& Fireplaces, LLC and drawn on a U.S. Bank.

Shipping
Policy:
Please inspect your order thoroughly before signing the bill of lading or
delivery receipt. CJ’s Home Decor & Fireplaces, LLC will not be liable for
damages after delivery of products. We recommend you the customer open all the
boxes before signing for the products.
NOTE: If Product has to be shipped within the five
boroughs of New York, Long Island, Martha's Vineyard or to other restricted
access areas
an additional $55.00 has to be charged regardless of the address. This is
due to the transportation surcharge or transport for delivery to these
areas.
NOTE: If customer misrepresents the delivery

All shipments will
be carefully inspected and packed before leaving the warehouses. They will be
shipped the best carrier possible (UPS, FedEx, Motor Freight, etc). Responsibility for its
safe delivery is assumed by the carrier at time of pickup.
Returns:
Mantelworld.com is not a "try it out service".
All Sales Are Final. Returns will be at
CJ’s Home Decor & Fireplaces, LLC/dba info.mantelworld.com.
NOTE: ANY PRODUCTS THAT ARE ALTERED BY THE CUSTOMER ARE NOT RETURNABLE.
Due to the custom nature of our built-to-order products. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Returns will be at CJ’s Home Decor & Fireplaces, LLC discretion.
If you are dissatisfied with the product or delivery. Do not sign the Proof of
Delivery Receipt. Signatures on the Proof of Delivery Receipt mean that the
sale is final. If you refuse or cancel contract you will be charged a
restocking fee and the shipping cost from and back to us.
Credits:
Credit will be issued towards credit card you supplied at the time of
purchase. Time to issue credit will be 4-6 weeks from date of receiving the
returned merchandise as per conditions stated in Returns.
Missing Parts or
Hidden Damage:
Upon acceptance of your shipment, you have 24 hours in
which to notify CJ’s Home Decor & Fireplaces, LLC/dba info.mantelworld.com of
any missing parts or hidden damage, not notifying CJ’s Home Decor & Fireplaces,
LLC/dba www.mantelworld.com within this time frame any future claim for said
parts will be null and void. After 24 hours any parts that have to be sent out
to repair merchandise, will have to be paid by the customer or are shipped COD.
We implore you to examine your order in full upon time of delivery and notify us
immediately before accepting delivery if you find damaged or missing parts.
When product is received damaged. you HAVE TO DO THE FOLLOWING STEPS.
1) Notify shipping company
2) Fill out damage form online, at
www.cjshomedecor.com with all the necessary information.
3) Send picture of damage (box, product etc)
4) You will receive instruction by email how your claim will be handled.
5) If your claim is valid replacement will be ordered.
6) No exception!
All claims have to be supported with pictures broken/damaged part, invoice
number and name of purchaser, no claim will be handled/accepted if no
documentation is provided. In some instances we need to have the damaged goods
sent back to us in order to send you a replacement. See returns.
Claim of
Defective Items:
If a claim is made that an item is
defective and returned to seller and seller deems item to be free of any and all
manufacturer defects. Customer will be charged back on their credit card or
invoiced for the cost of shipping to and from the customers home or to a
business or terminal at the sellers discretion. If a defective item has to be
shipped back the following rules apply.
ALL RETURNS OFF DEFECTIVE ITEMS MUST BE AUTHORIZED BY US AND RMA (Return Merchandise
Authorization) MUST BE ISSUED. NO CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN ON
MERCHANDISE RETURNED WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION see refused merchandise below.
All returns must include original factory box, original factory packaging
(foam, plastic, wrappings, etc) blank, unfilled warranty cards, all
instruction booklets and and paperwork. Do not deface original factory cartons
or packaging in any manner. We will not accept a return if packing is not in
its original condition. All returned merchandise must be in its original mint
and clean condition. Returns on damaged or scratched merchandise will not be
accepted. Returned merchandise which is lost or damaged in transit is not
www.mantelworld.com responsibility, but rather the carrier's. It is the buyer's
responsibility to file claims with the carrier upon the discovery of the
problem. RMA number must be clearly visible and marked on outside of package. Returns are only allowed for merchandise purchased from the website
of www.mantelworld.com.
Refused
Merchandise:
Refused merchandise without receiving an
RMA# from a www.mantelworld.com
Representative, will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at

Final Sales:
Due to the fact that all the
products shown on our website
www.mantelworld.com are custom made are all sales are final and not
returnable.
Warranty:
Refer to manufactures specification -
We are not responsible for manufacturer defects. All warranty claims have to
be supported with pictures of the problem or broken/damaged part, invoice
number and name of purchaser, no claim
will be handled/accepted if no documentation is provided.
Satisfaction:
If
you are not completely satisfied with the handling of your order, please write
to our customer service department manager at the address below, and we will
do our best to satisfy your request. Returns and exchanges must be made within
10 days from the date of receipt of merchandise SEE RETURNS. Your credit will be issued towards your credit card
you supplied. Custom orders are final and cannot be returned, SEE CUSTOM
ORDERS. All merchandise returned must be shipped prepaid. All returns after 10
days are null and void.
