These lightweight thin cast stone mantles are cast with a gypsum material. Mantles are non-combustible and are easy to install.

The surround itself, whether grouped with or without a shelf is designed to adjust and wrap right around the black metal of the firebox. Simple straight line cuts with a circular saw and masonry blade is all that is required.

The unit comes with a maximum interior opening width of 42" wide and 36" tall. It can be adjusted down from there at customers discretion. Shelf is not adjustable. Adjusting down the interior opening width simply creates more overhang on shelf.
