These lightweight thin cast stone mantles are cast with a gypsum material. Mantles are non-combustible and are easy to install. Each mantle kit includes a matching facing panel kit and hearth. The facing panels adjust to fit a variety of firebox openings. All designs come as a complete kit with hearth and stone facings. Custom sizing not available on thin cast models.


Mantel is solidly constructed using non-combustible glass fiber filled gypsum cement, and cast using thin casting technique to keep the weight light. Each mantel is pigmented with a true southwest stone coloration and is coated with a sealer at the factory. Each mantel and hearth/facing kit weighs about 400 pounds with no individual component weighing over 120 pounds Installation is very simple and requires only basic tools and adhesive.

Plinth blocks can be cut by customer to adjust height.
